Laboratory of Microsensor Structures and Electronics

Laboratory of Microsensor Structures and Electronics – LMSE is involved in research and development of semiconductor structures, (smart) sensors, actuators and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) with supporting electronics. R&D includes everything from theoretical analysis to development of test structures, their characterization and optimization.

Typical LMSE products are based on micromachining of silicon and related materials, including photosensors, pressure sensors, radiation sensors, 3D MEMS structures, microreactors, microfluidic structures etc.

LMSE actively cooperates with students and young researchers who are interested in the mentioned fields of research.
