Admission to studies
Enrolment procedure
For first-time enrolment at the Faculty, you must follow the steps below:
- Submit an application via the eVŠ portal.
Applications can be submitted within the deadlines published each year in the official call for enrolment. The call is published on the website of the Ministry (usually in February for first-cycle studies and in May for second- and third-cycle studies). -
After receiving notification of admission, you will receive an email from the Faculty with detailed enrolment instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully, as late enrolment is not possible. The entire enrolment process is conducted online.

Transfers between study programmes
Transfers are carried out according to the following steps:
-
Submit an application to the Study Committee at least two months prior to the transfer. Students from other faculties must also enclose a transcript of completed study obligations from their home faculty.
-
Submit an application via the eVŠ portal between 1 and 9 September.
-
Wait for the invitation to enrol, which will be sent to your email address.
There are no restrictions for transfers from university (UN) programmes to professional higher education (VS) programmes. For transfers from VS to UN programmes, a minimum grade point average of 8.3 is required.
Transfers are only possible into the first year between VS and UN programmes.
- If you transfer from the first to the second year (progression), you do not lose an additional year.
- If you transfer from the first year to the first year, you lose one additional year.
