Predvideni študijski rezultati

Znanje in razumevanje:

Študent spozna in razume osnovne koncepte in teorijo vloge gliv v okolju, od saprotrofnih do patogenih, simbiontskih in parazitskih interakcij, raznovrstnost glivnih združb v različnih mezofilnih in pa tudi ekstremnih okoljih. Študent se nauči zasnovati in izvesti eksperimente s področja glivne ekologije in spozna ustrezne ekološke metode in pristope za ocenjevanje diverzitete.
