Preparation of multimediamaterials

Career Week website

As part of the Career Week website, an independent presentation of your company or organizations. To prepare the presentation page we need:

• The exact name of the company / organization with which you will introduce yourself
• 5 keywords related to the industry in which the company/organization operates
• Company description in 1st person plural (up to 800 characters with spaces)
• Forms of participation you offer to students and graduates (up to 400 characters with spaces)
• Profiles, skills you are looking for (up to 400 characters with spaces)
• Company contact information where event attendees can obtain additional information
• 3 – 5 photos in landscape format that represent your company and work environment
• Logo

Small lobby screen, Instagram, Facebook

Content is played on the small screen in 9:16 format, the recommended resolution of the materials (5 photos) is 1080*1920.

Large lobby screen

Content is played on the large screen in 16:9 format, the recommended resolution of the material is 1920*1080. For this purpose, you can send us photos or videos (you can also link to the video), up to 20 seconds in length.

Please send all materials to the address komuniciranje@fe.uni-lj.si. We will publish the materials no later than two days after receipt, and they will be published by the end of May 2024.
