prof.dr. Marko Topič

Prof. Dr. Marko Topič graduated in 1991, obtained his master’s degree in 1994, and completed his Ph.D. in 1996 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, where he has been employed as a full professor since 2006. At the turn of the century, he was a visiting researcher at Forschungszentrum Juelich and a visiting professor at Colorado State University, where he has held the title of honorary professor since 2011. His research spans the fields of photovoltaics, optoelectronics, and electronics, complemented by work in reliability and technical quality. Prof. Topič is a member of the Slovenian Academy of Engineering and the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
