Document Entry into dCOBISS/RUL
Open access publications need to be entered into the digital repository dCOBISS (IZUM) program environment with information about projects and costs of open publishing, and the full-text contribution must be deposited in a trusted repository for the sake of transparency in the use of public funds. For members of the University of Ljubljana, it is recommended to use the Repository of the University of Ljubljana (RUL). Employees of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering can contact the main library for this service.
The suggested and most time-efficient data entry process (protocol) is as follows:
- Phase 1: entering the researchers’ personal bibliography into the COBISS system (Form)
- Phase 2: entry / inventory of data on projects and costs of open publication in dCOBISS and
- Phase 3: depositing the full-text publication in the RUL
Note: For Phases 2 and 3, complete the Request for Entry of Open Post in RUL and/or dCOBISS (form under testing)
