Subject description

Planning of immunological experiments. Overview of immunological methods and techniques and the selection of those that candidate encountered in the implementation of the doctoral dissertation. The candidate can use its own material. Options: Production of monoclonal-polyclonal-recombinant antibodies. Phage display. Conjugation of antibodies and their use for detection / isolation / application. Isolation and detection of antigens: DIBA, Westrn-blott, ELISA, immunoprecipitation. Monitoring of immune response at the level of molecules (antibodies, cytokines) and gene expression. Complex experiments using cDNA microarray and phenotypic microarrays. Cell models to study the effects of antigens.
