The Laboratory for Personalized Communications and Ambient Intelligence is focused on improving user interaction through contextualized communication applications and services. In a wide range of applications (including telecommunications, multimedia access, learning, intelligent user environment), our central goal is to improve the services offered to the end user, thereby improving her/his experience, satisfaction, efficiency and profit. We want to provide solutions developed for the end user, adapted to real-world challenges.
