Soft Skills Academy

Publication date: 16. 3. 2026

From 23 to 26 March, a four-day event Soft Skills Academy will take place at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, intended for students who wish to develop soft skills for successful studies and careers and for easier coping with everyday challenges.

Soft skills are abilities that help with communication, personal development and work habits. Especially at technical faculties, they often receive less attention, which is why we have prepared workshops designed to show participants, through everyday examples, how to improve learning efficiency, time management, communication and collaboration with others.

The workshops are divided into three sections

How to become a better student: workshops on effective learning, focus, habits and stress management.
Developing confidence at work: workshops on setting goals, communication in the workplace and dealing with challenging people and situations.
Starter pack before employment: workshops on public speaking, teamwork, personal branding, LinkedIn and negotiation.

The programme is designed to gradually guide participants from more effective studying and personal organisation to developing skills that are important for collaboration with others, public speaking and positioning on the job market.

Registration is possible via the form.
