About the Laboratory
The Laboratory for Microsensor Structures and Electronics (LMSE) is a faculty laboratory of UL FE and was established in 1987 with the purpose of education and conducting research in the field of microsensor, microactuator, and microfluidic components and systems. LMSE cooperates with a number of international research groups, universities, laboratories, as well as with industry at home and abroad. The research equipment at LMSE enables comprehensive research and development services, from theoretical analyses supported by advanced 3-D numerical tools to the development of test structures, prototyping, and their characterization.
