Procedure for exercising individual rights
In accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, employees have the right to:
- access their personal data;
- rectify or supplement their personal data;
- request the erasure of personal data where there is no longer a legal basis for its retention or where consent was previously given;
- request the restriction of processing;
- object to processing where it is based on legitimate interest;
- data portability in cases where processing is based on a contract or personal consent.
An individual may not request the erasure, restriction, or objection to the processing of personal data where such processing is legally prescribed and carried out within the framework of the public service activities of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
If you wish to exercise the above rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer for assistance at any time. You may also report any potential irregularities in the field of personal data protection anonymously via dpo@uni-lj.si or by contacting the Secretary of the Faculty.
f you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
