Laboratory of Microelectronics
About the Laboratory
The Laboratory of Microelectronics (LMFE) was established in 1969.
The laboratory is active in the fields of research, development, and design of microelectronic systems, sensor systems, as well as microelectronic technologies and testing. LMFE cooperates with international research groups as well as with industry at home and abroad. The research equipment at LMFE enables comprehensive research and development work, from theoretical analyses to the development of test structures, prototypes, and their characterization.
