Enrolment procedure

For first-time enrolment at the Faculty, you must follow the steps below:

1. Submit an application via the eVŠ portal.
   Applications can be submitted within the deadlines published each year in the official call for enrolment. The call is published on the Ministry’s website (usually in February for first-cycle studies and in May for second- and third-cycle studies).

2. After receiving notification of admission, you will receive an email from the Faculty with enrolment instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully, as late enrolment is not possible. The enrolment process is carried out entirely online.

3. For enrolment instructions and other useful information, select the level of the study programme you are enrolling in.

Enrolment timelines

Enrolment in the first year takes place as follows:

• For candidates admitted in the first application period: from 28 July to 14 August 2025.
• For candidates admitted in the second application period: from 23 September to 26 September 2025.
• For citizens of non-EU countries: from 2 to 7 September 2025.

You will receive an invitation to enrol one day prior to your enrolment date at the email address provided in your eVŠ application. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

Second application period

In the second application period, the following programmes still have available places:

• Professional higher education programme Applied Electrical Engineering: 17 available places
• University study programme Electrical Engineering: 10 available places
• The university study programme Multimedia has no remaining available places.

The second application period will take place between 20 and 27 August 2025.

Information on admitted candidates will be available on 29 August 2025.

Invitations to enrol with detailed instructions will be sent to applicants by email on 2 September 2025. Enrolment of candidates admitted in the second application period will be conducted online between 2 and 7 September 2025.
