Registration Fee

The registration fee includes full access to the conference program and social events. Registration fee:

• EARLY BIRD (until 30th of November 2025): 450 EUR including VAT
• REGULAR (from 1st of December 2025 until 24th of January 2026): 480 EUR including VAT

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to the Conference
• Conference materials
• 3 Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• 2 Dinners
• Social events

Accompanying Persons
If you would like to bring an accompanying person, the fee is 140 EUR including VAT. Fee includes concert and dinner on 29th of January, 2026.

Registration will start from 15^th July 2025.
