Registration form

To participate in the conference, please complete the online registration form by following the link below. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your personal and institutional information, upload your abstract (if applicable), and receive details regarding the conference fee and payment instructions.

We kindly ask all participants to register as early as possible to help us with the organization of the event.

Payment

450 EUR including VAT (before 30. 11. 2025), 480 EUR including VAT (after 1. 12. 2025)

110 EUR including VAT – one day registration (poster presentation only),  conference dinner is not included

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Purpose of the payment: registration fee for EJTEMM 2026, name and surname

The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the e-mail address provided by you.

Payment can also be made by credit card (only VISA or MasterCard).
