UL FE Career Week

From 22 to 26 May, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana is organising a Career Week, which will offer a number of opportunities to connect students and graduates with companies and institutions.

The Career Week events will be aimed at students and graduates of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, but students from other faculties are also welcome. So, reserve the last full week in May to plan your career and join in the events:

• Information days - information day for the selection of the study programme at the 1st cycle of study programmes in electrical engineering at the UL FE and for the 2nd and 3rd cycle postgraduate study programmes at the UL FE.
• Career Fair - an opportunity for students to meet representatives from companies and institutions and find out about their career options. Participating companies and institutions will present their activities and opportunities for employment or other forms of cooperation at the Career Fair.
• Workshop "Spimp up your CV " - at the workshop, organised by Andreja Jurček, Career Advisor at the University of Ljubljana Career Centre, you will prepare for speed dating and create your CV. The workshop will give you valuable tips for creating a professional CV that will come in handy in the future.
• CV Clinic - during the Career Fair, a CV review point will be available for CV review by a career counsellor from the Career Centre of the University of Ljubljana.
• Speed dating - five-minute introductory conversations between a company representative and a student.
• Lectures - short presentations in the middle part of the lobby will give you the opportunity to meet the companies exhibiting at the fair.
• Presentations on themes for final theses in business - already thinking of graduating? A Master's degree? What about the possibility of doing your thesis in the company of your choice?
