The User-Centred Communication and Ambient Intelligence Lab focuses on improving user interaction through contextualised communication applications and services. Across a wide range of applications (including telecommunications, multimedia access, learning, intelligent user environments), our central goal is to improve the services offered to the end-user, thereby enhancing his/her experience, satisfaction, efficiency and profit. We want to offer solutions developed for the end-user, adapted to real-world challenges.
