A change in mindset is needed to cope better with setbacks and to overcome the obstacles that are part of every life. We cordially invite you to a webinar where Prof. Matej Tušak, PhD, will present how to adjust your behaviour and thinking in a winning way.

It will show how athletes think, what their path to success is, what it takes to achieve success. We will learn about the importance of motivation, finding the root cause, perseverance and self-discipline, self-confidence, goal setting, emotional intelligence, accountability and other factors that are key to determining the path to success. You will also be able to map this onto your personal goals and especially where you face obstacles and challenges, for example: difficulties and procrastination in studying and preparing for exams, finding job opportunities, overcoming personal difficulties... Contractor

The webinar will be conducted by Prof. Matej Tušak, PhD. He studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts, UL, and works at the Faculty of Sport and the Faculty of Arts, UL, where he teaches psychology and sport psychology. He also teaches at the postgraduate level at the Faculty of Medicine, at universities in Zagreb, Split, Skopje, Mostar, Trieste and Klagenfurt. He also works at the Institute of Sport and is actively involved in the process of psychological preparation of athletes for competitions, working with elite athletes as well as with children, juniors and amateur athletes. He is the author of various books and over 300 scientific articles. He lectures extensively in sports associations, schools, kindergartens, companies and conducts various workshops on stress, coping with stress, motivation, aggression, personal growth, teamwork, effective communication and many other psychological phenomena.

Others, please register in the relevant group in the POPR portal and fill in the registration form. After receiving a confirmation email, log in to the portal with your chosen username and password and search for the Winning Mindset event.
