Call for short-term research fellowships 2022

UTRECHT NETWORK SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS AND YOUNG RESEARCHERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LJUBLJANA

The Utrecht Network will again this year award up to 20 scholarships of € 1000 to students or young researchers who are not eligible for funding from other programmes (such as Erasmus+). The scholarship is intended for research activities in the preparation of a final thesis (which may also include regular lectures) at level II or III of a degree programme.

Priority is given to Level III students. Students organise their own mobility at one of the Utrecht Network member universities. Mobility can last from 1 to 6 months.

The eligibility period for mobility is from 1.4.2022 to 31.3.2023.

Applications should include:

1. Application form, located at https://www.utrecht-network.org/activities/young-researchers-grant
2. Cover letter in English
3. Letter of recommendation (from your home professor) in English and
4. Certificate of acceptance for the research project (issued by the visiting professor or the visiting university)

students or young researchers should send their applications to the e-mail address urska.ravnik@uni-lj.si and by post to the International Cooperation Office of the UL, Kongresni trg 12, 1000 Ljubljana by 1 February 2022.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
The University of Ljubljana can nominate up to three students and the final selection will be made by the Utrecht Network.
