Call for applications for PhD programmes at UL

The University of Ljubljana is offering 21 doctoral study programmes in the academic year 2023/2024 .

The call for applications contains a general section with important information on how to apply for admission and a specific second section which details the individual doctoral programmes, the member (faculties and academies) running the programmes, the number of places available, the deadlines for applying for the programme and other information and guidance relevant to applicants. In accordance with Article 14 of the Regulations on Doctoral Studies at the University of Ljubljana, the candidate (the terms candidate, mentor, citizen, Slovene and foreigner are used neutrally for the feminine and masculine forms) is obliged to agree on a mentor/mentee relationship with a higher education teacher or a researcher by the end of the application period and to submit his/her written consent and a brief conceptual outline of the research work no later than upon enrolment.
