When you come to Ljubljana please follow these steps:

  • Come to our Welcome meeting where you will receive your student card (only if you are Erasmus+ student, if you are not you will receive it in two weeks after your arrival) and all the necessar information about life in Ljubljana.
  • If you cannot follow the originally established Learning Agreement due to a justified reason, it is possible to change the plan within the first week of a semester. Such intention should be immediately discussed with Erasmus coordinator (bostjan.murovec@fe.uni-lj.si). He is also responsible for signature: assoc. prof. dr. Boštjan Murovec.

The procedure for changing Learning Agreement is as follows:

  1. In order to enroll in a new course at this stage you need to obtain a permission from a professor in charge for the new course.
  2. Prepare a new version of learning agreement: only “during the mobility” part.
  3. Deliver the document to International office UL FE (international@fe.uni-lj.si), where it will be digitaly signed by the representative of the faculty (assoc. prof. dr. Boštjan Murovec – coordinator).
  4. Signed LA (during the mobility part) will be sent to you by email.
  5. A copy of LA may be sent to your institution upon its request.

Defense of theses at Faculty of Electrical Engineering

A mentor informs faculty’s international office (international@fe.uni-lj.si) at least one week before a defense takes place of:

  1. an exact title of the final work in Slovene and English
  2. names of members of a defense commission
  3. date, time and place of the defense

A student delivers one copy of a spiral-bound thesis work to the international office at least on the day before the defense takes place.

After receiving the above information and after the defense takes place, international office arranges documentation and delivers it to your coordinator directly (certificate of defense).
