At the workshop LEGO whirlwinds We will first learn the basic concepts of controlling autonomous mobile systems and the technical and programming features of Lego Mindstorms EV3 kits. Next, we will design, build and program mobile systems that are capable of performing a predefined task. By the end of the workshop, we will have mastered skills in sensors (gyroscopes, ultrasonic distance sensors, encoders, etc.), control concepts, mobile systems and programming. These skills will be acquired through project work (mechanical design and programming of the system to perform the task as reliably and quickly as possible). Finally, we will compete with our systems in a friendly competition.

Age limit: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th year of primary school
