Light with the WiFi

Adjust the colour and intensity of the light using your phone and WiFi.

In the theoretical part, we will look at how light-emitting diodes (LEDs) work, how to mix light and how to direct light to the right place. With a basic knowledge of electrical engineering, we will build an electronic circuit to power coloured LEDs, add a suitable controller with a WIFI module and write a program to control coloured LEDs via your phone.
During the workshop we will also visit the production facilities of Lumenia, Grah Lighting and Hella Saturnus, which produce luminaires for indoor and outdoor lighting and light fixtures for the automotive industry.
