RoboSumo

A mix of collaborative robotics and mini robo sumo competitions.

• mobile robots,
• mini sumo competition.

Workshop RoboSumo will consist of an introductory lecture covering a general introduction to robotics and robotic terms. This will be followed by hands-on work on the participating robots, where participants will build a working robotic application. We will continue with the programming of mini sumo robots (from basic programming, closed-loop control, line following to tactics for sumo fights). On the last day, a mini robo sumo tournament will take place.

Excursion to: Iskraemeco Kranj

Age limit: 9th grade of primary school, 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of secondary school

Prerequisite: basic programming skills desirable

Number of places: 6

Workshop duration: from 9.00 to 15.00
