Meeting of UL Colleagues for Erasmus+ KA2 projects

The UL Project Office invites all those working in the field of Erasmus+ KA2 and Jean Monnet projects to a networking event, including a presentation of the scope of applications and good practices in project and financial management of Erasmus+ KA2 projects.

You are invited to the Assembly Hall at the Rector's Office of UL on Monday, 13 November from 12:30 to 15:00.

International acceleration of career and teaching development

CMEPIUS is working with UL to provide training for higher education teachers and assistants.

EAIE Conference and Exhibition 2023

In September, the European Associaton for International Education (EAIE) organised the largest international conference and fair in higher education in Europe, showcasing a wide range of good practices from Erasmus+ KA2 projects. The conference was also attended by 8 UL representatives and EUTOPIA was represented at the stand and at the event . Next year's conference will take place in Toulouse, France, 17-20 September 2024. You are invited to submit a proposal for your contribution to be presented at the 2024 conference by 2 November.

We expect a new call for project applications in 2024 in November. You can anticipate next year's indicative deadlines by looking at this year's deadlines. Safe and Diverse OJ as part of EUTOPIA's Inclusion and Diversity Month

You are invited to the Safe and Diverse UL for Students event on 7 November and the Safe and Diverse UL for Employees event on 8 November at the Rector's Office of the UL. Students, alumni, employees and external experts will share their personal, career and academic experiences in the field of inclusion and diversity in roundtable discussions.

10 new EUTOPIA Associated Communities selected in the fourth call for proposals

Selected linked communities are listed here. Among them is the new ECOTOPIA (Educational and Research Network for the Development of Short-term Mobility Programmes), led by the Faculty of Economics. Participation in the ECOTOPIA Affiliated Communities is an important step towards internationalisation for UL, as it allows for the connection of teaching and research between partner universities.
