ERASMUS GOES DIGITAL

At the end of March next year (25-31 March 2024), the EWP Dashboard will undergo a major overhaul. Among the many new features, the possibility to make corrections to agreements will be very welcome, and it will also be available for agreements concluded before the overhaul. This means that there is currently no restraint on entering into new agreements. In case you missed last week's webinars, we recommend watching the recording of Erasmus Goes Digital: State of Play 2023 and Erasmus Goes Digital: EWP Dashboard enhancements. Town Hall meetings are also in the pipeline to provide a space for questions, and you can also join User Groups.

ANNOUNCEMENT: BASIS OF BENEFICIARY MODULES (BM): 18 OCTOBER 2023

You are invited to an online workshop on 18 October between 10am and 12pm. Together we will review the BM environment and its functionalities. Prepare your tools. We will also look at your challenges with BM, so please feel free to tellus what they are and what you would like to hear more about.

ANNOUNCEMENT: FINAL REPORT KA131/130 FOR 2021 DUE: 19 OCTOBER 2023

On Thursday 19 October, between 10:00 and 12 :00, we will review the elements of the final report for 2021 together. Application will be accepted until 17 October at 10:00.

October is already knocking on the door and the Living Abroad Forum offers students some interesting tips for exploring Slovenia and making learning Slovenian easier with topics such as music, places and traditions.

CEEPUS FOR ANOTHER 7 YEARS

The 23rd meeting of the CEEPUS Joint Ministerial Committee took place this week in Warsaw. At the meeting, the ministers signed the Agreement on the Central European Exchange Program for University Studies for the next seven years.

 MATCHING THE INTERNATIONALISATION OF HOME AND KIPs?

In June, an online debate was held to identify the relationship between internationalisation at home and KIPs. A short summary of the discussion can also serve as a starting point for new ideas in your institution. The event was organised by Nuffic Connects.

RESEARCHERS' WELLBEING AT WORK

The Young Academy has been involved in a survey aimed at comparing indicators of wellbeing and mental health of researchers in the workplace. In return for your help in distributing the survey you will receive the results. If a sufficient number of responses are received from your institution, you will receive a report specific to your institution, which will enable you to take any necessary action. More information is attached.

THE ROLE OF THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE IN CO-CREATING A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

Each unit or individual can make a significant contribution to the well-being or support of international students during their stay with you. Most of the time, it's a small gesture that doesn't take much - neither time nor resources. Some concrete actions and ideas are published in the article Student Mental Health: The role of the international office, in the Summer issue of Forum (free download from the EAIE website - Forum Editor's Choice section (Summer Forum: Well-being without borders).

 PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE EU SURVEY ON STUDENT MOBILITY

The report provides valuable insights and basic trends among students who took part in an exchange between 2021 and 2023, and also includes the views of students who did not take part in an exchange. It also gathers key findings on the support students receive before going on exchange, the challenges they face, the state of scholarships and credit recognition. You are invited to read and get ideas for improvement.
